The following are common questions we have received when speaking with perspective clients on the phone, we hope they help you determine the benefits of using Tripkit.

How does it work?

  • You send request to team inbox.

  • Team member completes it.

  • They will email you back with a web view link once it’s done to be checked over.

  • If the team has any follow up questions, they’ll also include them there.

Will I be assigned a specific team member?

  • No, the reason for this is so we can maintain our next day turnaround time. We have team members dedicated to Axus, Travefy, UMapped and Safari Portalwho work all through the day so although you will not be working with one specific team member, the small group you do work with will be able to quickly become familiar with you as well as your preferences.

What’s the turnaround time?

  • We guarantee a next day response (M-F), however on average response time is around 4-5 hours. Weekends have limited assistants but we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

What if I need something ASAP?

  • If you have any urgent requests, we simply ask that you include “URGENT” in the subject line of your email. This allows our team to spot it in the inbox and ensure it is prioritized.

How does the team choose which request to work on first?

  • Our team operates on a first in, first out basis. So, the request that was sent first will be the one they work on completing. There is no hierarchy within our client base.

I need help reaching out to suppliers (getting quotes from hotels/booking dinner reservations/etc.) - can you help?

  • That is actually outside of the scope of our team’s work. They do not do any external facing requests; it is all internally facing (i.e., them communicating with you directly).

I always add a “safe travels” to my itineraries. Can the team do this?

  • Absolutely! For specific preferences like this we ask that you include the request in your email and our team will take care of it. The reason for this is we have a high volume of clients and to ensure the work is being completed efficiently and consistently across the board we have what we call the “TripKit Standard”. That being said, if you prefer anything different, we are more than happy to accommodate! The team just needs that reminder via email.

I like my itineraries formatted a certain way. Can the team do this?

  • Absolutely! For specific preferences we ask that you include the request in your email and our team will take care of it. That being said, if you prefer anything different, we are more than happy to accommodate! The team just needs that reminder via email.

What’s your pricing like?

  • We operate on a weekly subscription model.

  • We have 5 levels:

    • FlexiKit: Our Hourly Rate

    • BasicKit: 2.5 Hours per week.

    • CoreKit: 5 Hours per week.

    • ToolKit: 10 Hours per week.

    • ProKit: More than 10 Hours per week, special project or tasks (P.O.A) 

If I go on a 3-week vacation, can I pause my subscription?

  • Of course! We ask that you give us notice so we can schedule the pause and you can resume once you return.

If I need to cancel, is there a penalty?

  • There is no penalty to cancel your subscription.

Can you help with invoicing?

  • Yes! Our team can assist in invoicing through Sion and Client Base Online (CBO)

Can you help with my internal CRM?

  • Generally, yes! What platform do you use? Our team is familiar with TravelJoy and ClientBase Online.

Sometimes I have side projects I need help with that are outside of just building itineraries, can you help with this?

  • Items like these are case-by-case. If you have something in mind, please feel free to reach out to us and I can see if our team can take it on.

TripKit Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TripKits Subscription Service.

Service is our number one priority, and we are committed to working with you to ensure your complete satisfaction as our valued customer.

The following terms and conditions outline the details of our service:

Subscription Service

Our subscription service is based on the number of hours purchased. Your chosen subscription plan grants you access to a specific number of hours per week.

Overflow Hours

If you exceed the allocated hours of your subscription plan in any given month, you will be charged for the additional hours used at the prorated rate of your subscription. Overflow hours will be billed in addition to your weekly subscription fee.

Billing

Billing for your subscription service will be processed on a weekly basis. You will receive an invoice for your monthly subscription fee and any additional charges for overflow hours. Payment is due within 5 days of receiving the invoice.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription service at any time by providing us with written notice. Please note that no refunds will be issued for unused hours in the event of early termination.

Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to our subscription plans, including pricing and allocated hours. We will provide you with advance notice of any changes to your subscription plan before your next billing cycle.

Responsibility

It is your responsibility to monitor your hours and ensure that you do not exceed your allocated hours. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to manage your hours appropriately. We will provide you with all information necessary to manage your hours.

Limitation of Liability:

TripKit shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the subscription service, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TripKit harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the subscription service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TripKit operates.

Agreement
